Third Officer

We have an opening for a Third Officer position on one of our ships, which sails from Montreal to St. John’s, NL. in addition to his responsibility towards the navigation, safety, and operations of the vessel, the third officer is directly responsible of the maintenance of the safety and firefighting equipment.
Qualifications
- Watch Keeping Mate
- Marine Medical Certificate
- MED STCW Basic Safety, MED in Advanced Firefighting and Proficiency in Survival Crafts and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats

Proficiency, Ship Personnel with Designated Security Duties
Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Capacity to work under pressure

Bilingual in French and English
Working conditions
We offer excellent and competitive work conditions on high technology vessels, regular schedule 28/28, as well as group insurances and pension plan.
