Coastal Shipping Ltd. - A division of the Woodward Group of Companies is presently compiling an Eligibility List of competent Engine Room Ratings with Oil Tanker endorsement and experience in oil tanker operations. All applicants are encouraged to submit a resume with a copy of:
- Engine Room Rating Ticket
- Oil and Chemical Tanker Familiarization and/or Specialized Oil Tanker endorsement
- STCW Basic Safety (or equivalent)
- STCW Survival Craft Training (or equivalent)
- STCW Advanced Firefighting (or equivalent, if applicable)
- Ship Security Officer endorsement and/or Vessel Personnel with Security Duties certicate of competency
- Valid Transport Canada Marine Medical
- Valid Marine Advanced or Basic First Aid (if applicable)
- WHMIS 2015 (if possessed; valid within the past 3 years)
- Passport
Preference will be given to those with 1-5 years experience as an Engine Room Rating, and familiar with International Trade. Competitve salary and remuneration package; including 6% matching RSP contribution, group benefits and travel paid/reimbursed by company. Current rotation is approximately 45 days (+/- 4), depending on ships schedule. This ad is for an opening that will available arround Nov 19 , 2022 .
