A pool of qualified leaders will be established that can be used to staff the following positions as they become available within the CCG Atlantic Region. Other positions could be added over time:

The above positions are primarily located in either St. John’s, Newfoundland or Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. However, you may be able to work from another location in the CCG Atlantic Region. ► Part 1: Application

► Part 2: Questionnaire

If you are interested in any of these roles, you will be required to elaborate on how you meet the position specific requirements, in terms of your experience, education, and occupational certifications.


► Part 3: Assessment of Key Leadership Competencies

The assessment of the Key Leadership Competencies will be conducted in two stages, an online test followed by an interview. The online test will be completed through Evaluation Personnel Selection International (EPSI), a specialized third party service provider the week of April 19, 2021. Interviews will be conducted using a third-party platform called VidCruiter the week of April 26, 2021.

Assessment schedules may differ depending on the position being staffed, resulting in some applicants being assessed before others.


► Part 4: Pool of Leaders Established
